The best leftovers: ice cream and raspberry sauce

I always seem to end up with a few bits leftover after making jam and I’m always trying to figure out how to use them up.  On this particular day, the few tablespoons of raspberry jam became the most delicious topping for home made vanilla ice cream (recipes coming later).
