Amethyst and Silver Bracelet

Last year has been rather difficult and quite uninspiring and I realize I’m in good company on that front. As a result, I haven’t made any jewelry and channeled all my creativity into photography and cooking. So I was quite excited when inspiration started to tickle again and I dragged out all my jewelry-making supplies into my living room. And there they sat for a few days till that fickle inspiration returned. But this time, I was ready for it! Don’t you ever feel like if you don’t have your hobby “stuff” at hand, no matter how inspired you are, you’re just not going to do it? And I just don’t have that kind of space in my home to dedicate a whole room to only hobbies. [My hobbies currently occupy various cubbies in the closet of the spare bedroom/ home office. Talk about a multi-function room!]

So as I perused the bins of shiny colorful things, I settled on Amethyst and Silver.  The crackle beads added an extra sparkle and shine and I’m like a moth to a flame in this regard.  LOVE shiny sparkly things.  Don’t you?
